As some of you got used to the live streaming classes offered during COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to continue streaming directly from our studio.

How it works
Pick a class
Check our schedule to choose the class you want to attend. Live-stream classes are marked with a small ‘play’ button next to it.
Get access details
Click on a specific class in the schedule to buy your ticket. 15 minutes before the class, you will receive the URL link to Zoom meeting via email.
Set up your space
If you want us to see and correct you during the class, set up your laptop with a camera at least 2m away from you. So both you and your mat are properly visible on the screen.
Enjoy
Use the URL to join the class. Come 5 minutes earlier, so you can set up yourself without getting stressed with technology.
